Why Mediation?

With an avalanche of litigation, mediation has become the go-to for litigants, professionals and the legal system.  Many contracts require mediation prior to filing suit and judges often direct parties to attend mediation before they proceed down the path of litigation.  This confidential process allows the parties to carve out agreements and to avoid the emotional and costly toils that litigation bring.

Instead of spending your time in the hallways of courthouses, come to our office and mediate your case in a relax setting, with different rooms for parties to retreat to and warm coffee with snacks.

Did You Know?

Mediation is a confidential process and all parties agree that the Mediator may NOT be called to testify in any future litigation.  Anything discussed during the mediation, including settlements reached, are considered confidential.

Instead of being forced to accept what a court or jury decides, take control of your dispute by way of mediation.  Not only will you stop the bleeding of attorney fees and costs, but you will also carve your own terms for an agreement and gain peace of mind in the process.
